A slew of Broadway stars performed songs from several of Second Stage's most memorable musicals for a one-night-only benefit, A MOMENT WITH YOU, on April 4 at Hammerstein Ballroom. The evening honored Second Stage Theatre Board Member Donna Perret Rosen. Stephen Sondheim served as the evening's Honorary Chair. For full coverage, click here.

Back in September, Green Day frontman and the musical's composer/ co-author Billie Joe Armstrong made his Broadway debut as "St. Jimmy" at the St. James Theatre in AMERICAN IDIOT. Everybody's been talking about the animatronic pig which cost a reported £100,000 from BETTY BLUE EYES. The new musical is based on the Handmade Film "A PRIVATE FUNCTION" by Alan Bennett and Malcolm Mowbray. Opening at West End's Novello Theatre on April 13, the production marks the first original musical thatCameron Mackintosh has produced in ten years. Click here for more production images.

This week on 'Dancing with the Stars' the top 10 got a chance to dance to songs that were personal to them, but Wendy Williams and partner Tony Dovolani failed to impress, becoming the second couple eliminated. Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy lead the cast of Ghost The Musical playing Sam and Molly in Matthew Warchus' stage musical version of the Academy Award winning film. Featuring new music and lyrics by Grammy award winning Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard, the show begins its West End run at the Piccadilly Theatre on June 22. Check out more rehearsal photos here.

On Aril 12, Fox's GLEE returns after a month-long hiatus with the highly anticipated, 90-minute 'Born this Way' episode. On April 19, Broadway veteran Cheyenne Jackson and Gwyneth Paltrow return to the show for the 'Night of Neglect' episode. For more photos from the installment, click here.

The stars of Broadway's new hit PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL appeared at a special live performance at Barnes & Noble's upper east side flagship location (150 East 86th Street at Lexington Avenue) yesterday, April 7 to celebrate the release of the musical's Original Broadway Cast Recording. The New York Philharmonic is presenting Stephen Sondheim's groundbreaking Company, with an all-star cast led by Neil Patrick Harris. The concert production played its first show last night, and features an all-star cast comprised of Patti LuPone, Anika Noni Rose, Martha Plimpton, Jim Walton, Stephen Colbert, Craig Bierko, Jon Cryer and more. On American Idol this week, the Top 9 got to sing the ‘500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll,' and Pia Toscano was eliminated from the show. This surprise came after she sang a stellar "River Deep Mountain High," leaving the front-runner as eighth runner-up. Check out photos from the episode here!
