Earlier this week Inside Broadway honored 2013 Tony Award nominees Laura Osnes (Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella) and Condola Rashad (The Trip to the Bountiful) as well as Alan L. Bain, Chairman of The American-Scottish Foundation, at their Broadway Beacon Awards at Joe's Pub. BroadwayWorld brings you more photos from inside the ceremony here!

Transport Group, the Drama Desk, Outer Critics, and OBIE award-winning theatre company, just presented a one-night-only, all-star concert of the acclaimed 1959 Broadway classic musical Once Upon A Mattress at the The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre in The Pershing Square Signature Center. Leading the company were Jackie Hoffman as Princess Winnifred and John "Lypsinka" Epperson as Queen Aggravain with Danny Burstein (Follies) as King Sextimus and more. On June 17, stars of Broadway, TV and Film in celebrated the 100th anniversary of Actors' Equity Association (AEA), the oldest performing arts union representing 49,000 professional stage actors and stage managers working on Broadway, off-Broadway and regionally across the US. The evening was hosted by Broadway veterans Norm Lewis and Harriet Harris. Click here for full coverage from the celebration!

Shout! Broadway released the new 2012 Cast Recording for Annie CD on Tuesday, June 18. To celebrate the release of the CD cast members Jane Lynch, Anthony Warlow, Lilla Crawford, Brynn O'Malley, Clarke Thorell, creators Charles Strouse, Martin Charnin and Tom Meehan and more signed copies of the album at Barnes & Noble (160 East 54th Street at 3rd Avenue). The Public Theater officially opened THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, the first show of The Public's 2013 season of free Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte on June 18. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, THE COMEDY OF ERRORS features Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Hamish Linklater as Dromio and Antipholus respectively and runs through Sunday, June 30. On June 18, Wicked's current cast members, including Lindsay Mendez (Elphaba) and Derek Klena (Fiyero) gathered at the Gershwin theatre to commemorate the show's the 4,000th performance. BroadwayWorld was there for the special celebration and you can check out full photo coverage here!

Richard LaGravanese's upcoming film adaptation of Jason Robert Brown's, THE LAST FIVE YEARS explores a five-year relationship between Jamie Wellerstein, a rising novelist, and Cathy Hyatt, a struggling actress. The story uses a form of storytelling in which Cathy's story is told in reverse chronological order (beginning the show at the end of the marriage), and Jamie's is told in chronological order (starting just after the couple have first met). Tennessee Williams' The Two-Character Play, uniting the talents of Tony Award winner Amanda Plummer (Agnes of God, Pulp Fiction) and Academy Award nominee Brad Dourif (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest), directed by Gene David Kirk, opened Wednesday night at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street).
