Following a successful run at the Triad Theatre in Spring 2011, cabaret newcomer Melissa Heche brings her debut show, The Show Must Go On, to the newly re-opened Cutting Room for an encore performance on Friday, December 9 at 8:30 PM. Utilizing rock, pop and R&B, Melissa's eclectic musical choices pay tribute to the advice we are given throughout our lives and how it affects the choices that we make. Through her stories and songs, Melissa takes her audience on an entertaining, gripping, funny, and stimulating voyage, all the while inspiring her audiences to look back on the people whose opinions have shaped their own lives.

There is a $20 music charge ($15 for MAC/Cabaret Hotline Online members) and a $15 food/beverage minimum. This performance is a benefit for the American Academy of Audiology Foundation. Proceeds will help to increase access to hearing healthcare.
Melissa is accompanied by musical director Dan Furman on keyboard, MAC and Bistro-award winner Sean Harkness on guitar, Grammy winner Skip Ward on bass, recording artist Michael Vitali on drums and Broadway veteran Jeremy Miloszewicz on trumpet.
Eric Michael Gillett directs.

The Cutting Room is located at 44 East 32nd Street at Park Avenue. For reservations call (212) 691-1900; For tickets call (212) 868-4444 or visit www.smarttix.com.
