InViolet Theatre and INTAR Theatre Present THE JUDGMENT OF FOOLS, a new play written by Bernardo Cubria. FOOLS is an interactive night at the theatre where the audience is the star! Equal parts rowdy debauchery, psychological experiment and vaudevillian circus, this is a live event unlike any other you've experienced. Help The Fool and his Friends navigate the explosive terrain of race, social media, and blow job bonanzas! What is good and what is bad? What is worthy of your snap judgments and cast stones? Mark Cirnigliaro directs a cast of five, including Andrew Blair, Angela Razzano, Brandon Rubin, Jaqueline Guillen and Peter Graham. Performances will be at INTAR Theatre, 500 West 52nd Street, 4th floor, Starting Sept 10th. Then proceed once on month on the 2nd Thursday of every month.
?BERNARDO CUBRIA (Playwright) is a Mexican playwright. His play, The Redhead Is Coming was part of F*ckfest at The Brick Theatre and received workshops at The People's Light and Theater in Malvern, PA and at The Fountain Theater in Los Angeles, CA. His short play I Would Have That Night is part of thisbyears Collective 12 short play festival. He is a writer for the Webseries B.U.T.S. and wrote the webseries Going Viral out this October staring Xochitl Romero. He hosts the Theater Podcast: Off and On: A New York Theatre Podcast. ANDREW BLAIR received his BFA in Professional Acting from East Carolina University and is a member of InViolet Theater Company. ?ANGLEA RAZZANO received her B.A. at Rutgers University before training in New York at William Esper Studio (Meisner), with Deb Jackel, Suzanne Esper and Bill Esper. She co-founded InViolet eight years ago with Michael Henry Harris, and has since been co-Artistic Director. Angela previously produced InViolet's world premieres of Erin Mallon's Branched, Megan Hart's This is Fiction, Richard Etchison's Force Majeure, Melanie Maras' Kiss Me On The Mouth, Michael Henry Harris' 40 Weeks, 12 workshopped readings of InViolet's plays in development, and 4 One Night Stands. She has performed in 4 One Night Stands, InViolet's InProgress' This is Fiction, The Haven, The Little Prince$$ and Gated, produced InViolet's reception to the 2009 Drama Desk Awards, and co-chaired all five of InViolet's benefits.
