THE GREATEST PIANO MEN Comes to New York City

Ever dream of all the greatest piano players appearing on one stage for one night?

Now, in THE GREATEST PIANO MEN you can. A classic tribute to the piano playing geniuses and rock & roll legends, featuring The Greatest Piano Men has begun.

Celebrating the songs from Beethoven to Billy Joel ("Only The Good Die Young"), Elton John ("Rocket Man"), Stevie Wonder ("Superstition"), and Ray Charles ("Georgia On My Mind") and many more; its solid rock 'n roll classics from start to finish.

With an 8-piece band and 3 pianos on stage, The Greatest Piano Men lets the music soar with a rock n' roll salute to the greatest piano icons in music history.

Featuring Donnie Kehr; who also serves as the host of the show. "I've been playing piano for almost 40 years and I just wanted to create a show full of hits ... while offering a brief education."

Kehr, who was in the original Broadway cast of Jersey Boys as well as the Clint Eastwood-directed movie, sees this project as a career milestone.

Kehr was also in The Who's TOMMY and "I had a blast playing alongside Pete Townshend."

Kehr can also be heard on the Grammy-winning soundtracks to both those Broadway projects.

Kehr, who created The Greatest Piano Men show last year, is looking forward to premiere of his dream. "Hit by hit we've generated a lot of interest ... and, now we're ready to launch."

With the three shows set for next month (Wednesday, August 15 at NJPAC; Thursday, August 16 at the Capitol Theatre; and, Friday, August 17 at the NYCB Theatre in Westbury), excitement is building via a four-pronged PR-marketing campaign: where the piano prodigies will be interviewed in advance of each show; a 30-second commercial has been prepared and will start airing immediately; a series of radio-giveaways will initiate immediately; and, an extensive social media campaign will begin immediately.
