With a cast of incredible Broadway talent The Big Gay Musical will offer a special "Gypsy" preview for performers and theatrical professionals before its New York premier on Sept 11th. With a cast that has performed (or are still performing in) over 50 musicals, producers want to give the film's actors and colleagues who won't be able to attend the opening weekend events a chance to catch the film. The screening will take place at Chelsea Clearview Cinemas (where it will also be making its New York premier) with a reception at 4pm followed by the film at 5pm. Tickets for the reception and screening are $9 for anyone with their union card or a business card stating their theatrical profession. Tickets are limited and can be purchased at the Chelsea Clearview Cinemas. Written and produced by Fred M. Caruso with music by Rick Crom (Newsical, Bonnie and Clyde) The Big Gay Musical is a hilarious story that mixes backstage drama, conservative religious families, coming out, coming to terms, and the occasional tap dancing angel!
