TADA! Youth Theater Announces Festival Performances

The award winning TADA! Youth Theater (Janine Nina Trevens, founder/Executive & Artistic Director) will perform at three festivals geared towards youth in the arts. The first is the Family Festival at Governor's Island on May 28th. The Family Festival features arts and crafts, education activities, and musical and theatrical performances. TADA! will be performing at 12:45 PM. The second is Time Out's KidsFest in Madison Square Park on June 4th with TADA! performing at 12 PM. This festival is full of free outdoor fun, featuring story time yoga, arts and crafts, and performances. The third festival is the NYC Festival of Young Artists & Leaders on June 11th. TADA! will be present to answer all your questions about its programs from 12 PM-5 PM.

ABOUT THE TADA! RESIDENT YOUTH ENSEMBLE:
The TADA! Resident Youth Ensemble is a unique, award-winning, completely free, pre-professional theater training and youth development program. More than 65 Ensemble Members come from NYC and local suburbs. Membership in the Ensemble is by audition only. Ensemble Members perform in mainstage shows and at various special events throughout the city. Ensemble Members also have opportunities to see other dance, music and theater shows, participate in panels with theater professionals, and take voice, dance and acting classes. Youth development activities also range from transportation subsidies to small group mentoring with TADA! staff to college preparation and tours to free snacks during rehearsals.
