February 15th from 7:00pm - 10:30pm, join IVP as we travel back in time.

Swingjugend: the Swing Youth were a group of jazz and swing lovers in Germany in the 1930s.

Though they were not an organized political-opposition organization, the whole culture of the Swing Kids evolved into a non-violent refusal of the civil order and culture of National Socialism.

Your night begins with dressing right for the time period. Anytime between 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Let our IVP hair and make up artists style you up! Men can enjoy accessories such as suspenders and newsie caps for the night.

Now that you look great, it's time to play the part!
Join Steps on Broadway teacher Spencer Weisbond at 8:00pm for a 30 minute free swing dancing lesson. Spencer has had his own program in swing in Manhattan for over 12 years and has taught for Lincoln Center's "Midsummer Night Swing." And don't forget to capture the night at our photo booth. Chappetto Square photos will capture your moves and style throughout the night.
