Two performances of Sunrise, Sunset or Breakfast with Julia will be held to benefit the NYC chapter of THE ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION. This show is A Diva Duo production. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association, NYC Chapter

Directed by Nicole Potter

Running time: 60 minutes, no intermission

Venue: The Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street (Between Lafayette Street and Bowery)

Performance dates: Mon 6/21 @ 5:30pm; Monday's performance will be followed by an audience "talk back" and fundraiser. Ms. Rand will be joined by the director and a grief counselor for this intimate Q&A.

Synopsis: A powerful and poignant one character play written during the last year of Julia's ten year journey with her mother Eva and Alzheimer's. The actress presents 11 duologues to an imaginary audience while she reads the New York Times - an activity that became her connection to the outside world. It is a glimpse into the isolated world of the caregiver. It is about hope and survival, tears and laughter, the circle of life-sunrise to sunset.
