Summer & Eve, the acclaimed folk-musical comedy band, will make their Joe's Pub debut Wednesday, January 12th at 7:30pm.

Founded by Nadia Quinn (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson) & Patrick Blindauer in 2003, Summer & Eve has played some of New York's hottest comedy spots including Comix NYC, the Upright Citizens Brigade, and the Comedy Cellar.  They also have performed as part of the long-running comedy variety show Find the Funny at The Tank (hosted by Benjamin Walker).

Or, if you're from the future, you'll totally recognize the band because they're all super-famous movie stars.  For reals.

Tickets for Summer & Eve are $14 and can be purchased at www.JoesPub.com

BIOS:

Nadia Quinn (music/lyrics, vocals, guitar, ukulele): Recently seen in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson on Broadway, as well as in several national TV commercials, Nadia has been writing and performing original comedic music across the country since 2002, and has a epic, cult-like twitter following of 362 people including Ellen Degeneres. PATRICK BLINDAUER (music/lyrics, vocals, piano, percussion): Patrick is a writer, editor and puzzle-maker who has had crosswords published in newspapers nationwide, including countless puzzles in the illustrious NYTimes.  He also appeared as Chip Beavers in Amy Sedaris's hit television series Strangers with Candy.  www.patrickblindauer.com

AARON QUINN (music/lyrics, vocals, guitar, ukelele, bongos, percussion):  Aaron is a professional musician, writer, male-model and casting director... as well as Nadia's brother. He joined Patrick and Nadia in 2007 as a core writer and musician of the group. Aaron's favorite childhood napping spot was next to the amp while his dad had band practice, so basically he's been really cool for like, EVER.

EMILY TARVER (lyrics, vocals, percussion, choreography): Emily has appeared in countless national TV commercials, and has been with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre since 2005. Emily organizes and hosts the Dreamhorse comedy night at the Hog Pit every Monday and also does stand-up all over NYC and Texas (sometimes she sits down) Emily & Nadia are comedic soul-mates and are writing a hit movie together. In her free time, she enjoys being extremely tall and thin. www.emilytarver.com

Rebecca Kaasa (vocals, saxophone, percussion, and MORE):  Although Rebecca secretly aspires to be a professional hand-model, she has been working as a face-actress on several hit television shows including, Gossip Girl, As the World Turns, & All My Children, as well as many national TV commercials.  Rebecca plays a plethora of instruments, including weird ones that we didn't even know were instruments (such as the autoharp and the cello).
