Ruben Studdard, notable as the winner of "American Idol" Season 2, stars in the 30th Anniversary national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical Ain't Misbehavin'. Joining him in the production is fellow "Idol" performer Frenchie Davis, the tour make a stop in the New York City area at the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts in the Bronx on May 16th, 2009.

Davis, recently appeared on Broadway in the cast of Rent and also appeared in a West Coast production of Dreamgirls at AMTSJ.

Ain't Misbehavin' is an original revue featuring the music of Thomas "Fats" Waller and originally debuted on Broadway in May 1978 at the Longacre Theatre. It won the 1978 Tony Awards for Best Musical, Best Featured Actress (Nell Carter) and Best Direction; and was nominated for its choreography.

Featured in the fully-staged Tony award-winning Broadway musical production tour are the classic songs of Fats Waller including The Joint is Jumpin', Ain't Misbehavin', Your Feet's Too Big, I Got Rhythm and more.

The musical also includes songs by Nat "King" Cole, Frank Loesser, Dorothy Fields, Porter Grainger, Richard Maltby Jr and many more. Maltby and Murray Horwitz penned the book. The original Broadway cast featured Carter, Andre De Shields, Armelia McQueen, Ken Page and Charlayne Woodward.
