Connect the Dots at the Staten Island Children's Museum!

March 17 through 27, 2011

Can you connect history and art and food? You can all month at the Staten Island Children's Museum! This week's calendar features:

Happy St. Patrick's Day! On Thursday, March 17, come paint everything Green at a special edition of Paint Day in the Walk-in Workshop! We continue to honor Harriet Tubman and her contributions to the Underground Railroad by resuming the Northward journey in our Kidz Cook workshops, featuring New York cheesecake on Friday, March 18th and New England clam chowder on March 27th! é4 Art! (Up For Art) presents watercolor painting, popularized in the United States in the mid-1800's and printmaking, creating beautiful prints using local plants and fruits dipped in paint, just as they did in the past.
