The Staten Island Children's Museum has announced new family programs beginning in May that  included exotic snakes & sing-a-longs all summer long.

Starting May 12, every second Saturday enjoy meeting, greeting, touching, holding and learning all about snakes. Get up close and personal with soft and slithery snakes from all over the world, learn about their habits and habitats, what they eat and how they help the environment. The event is from noon to 1 p.m., and is free with admission. Following dates will be June 9, July 14 and August 11.

Sunday Music with Patrick!

Beginning May 20, come make music with family and children’s musician, Patrick. Instruments provided or bring your own. Performances outdoors, weather permitting, Sundays at 2 p.m., free with admission. Following dates will be June 17, July 15 and August 12.
