Stage III Community Theatre Continues 2009-2010 Season with RADIUM GIRLS and More

Stage III Community Theatre in Casper, Wyoming continues its 2009 - 2010 season with RADIUM GIRLS, THE ILIAD, THE ODYSSEY, AND ALL OF GREEK MYTHOLOGY IN 99 MINUTES OR LESS, and REGRETS ONLY.

On March 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, and 20 RADIUM GIRLS will take the stage. The play, by D. W. Gregory, is set in 1926. Radium was a miracle cure, and luminous watches all the rage. But soon, Grace, and the other women who paint the watch dials, begin to fall very sick. Based on a true story, it traces Grace's fight for her day in court.

RADIUM GIRLS' cast will feature Kelly DeLap as Grace, Jessie Speck as Kathryn, Katie Gilmore as Irene, Katie Peters as Alma MacNeil, Steven Fivecoat as Arthur Roeder, Lee Mosser as Edward Markley, and more.

 

Next is Jap Hopkins and John Hunter's THE ILIAD, THE ODYSSEY, AND ALL OF GREEK MYTHOLOGY IN 99 MINUTES OR LESS which will run on April 23, 24, and 30 and May 1, 2, 6, 7, and 8. You don't need to know your mythology to enjoy this comedic show, which outlines all of the heroes and villains of mythology, in this fast paced, modern, tongue-in-cheek production. The show is directed by Beth Andress.

In June, Paul Rudnick's REGRETS ONLY will run on the 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, and 26. When a high society couple's daughter wants to get married, they want the perfect wedding for her...but their plans go awry when the gay florists, dress designers, cake decorators and planners, go on strike, leaving them high and dry in this adult comedy.
