Rodgers & Hammerstein's SOUTH PACIFIC opened at the Vivian Beaumont Theater on Thursday, April 3 and was recently nominated for 11 Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival and won 5 Drama Desk and 4 Outer Critics Circle Awards including Best Musical Revival. The original cast recording of the Lincoln Center Theater production will be released by Sony Masterworks on May 27.
