On Sunday, August 14th at 9:30pm, one of the presenters of the eagerly anticipated Fringe Festival show SILENCE! the Musical will converge at Dodger Stages, 340 West 50th Street, on the stage of the hit off-Broadway show ALTAR BOYZ. . This will be a one night only concert benefiting to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Tesseract Theatre, Entitled "The Sounds of SILENCE!...and Other Inappropriate Showtunes." Broadway stars Kathy Brier, Natalie Joy Johnson, Tyler Maynard, and Larry O'Keefe are participating in the evening. The concert will feature the bawdiest and most gleefully offensive songs from Broadway's favorite composers, including O'Keefe, Marc Shaiman, Phoebe Kreutz, and others. The concert's all-star cast will be hosted by Scott Nevins, from Therapy's *Scott Nevins Presents* with music direction by Brian Nash.

The evening will feature new songs from the upcoming production of SILENCE! the Musical, as well as numbers from Jerry Springer: the Opera, and performances by Kathy Brier (Hairspray), Natalie Joy Johnson (BARE), Larry O'Keefe (composer of Bat Boy and the upcoming Legally Blonde, the Musical), Tyler Maynard (Altar Boyz), Jim Caruso (Jim Caruso's Cast Party), as well as Jen Barnhart (Avenue Q), Phoebe Kreutz (Avenue Q), Natalie Douglas (The Atrain Plays), Kate Pazakis (The Sexless Years), Julie Garnye (HAIR Concert), AJ Irvin (Finian's Rainbow) and others.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit the non-profit company Tesseract Theatre, with a portion of the proceeds going to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. All seats are $25.
