Songwriter Amanda Green Returns to Birdland 7/19

Jim Caruso is proud to present the award-winning Broadway songwriter/performer Amanda Green back to the Broadway at Birdland concert series. The event will take place on Monday, July 19 at 7pm at Birdland (315 West 44 Street, NYC).

Award-winning Broadway Songwriter/Performer Amanda Green and Broadway stars Jenn Colella, Ann Harada, Andy Karl, and Howard McGillin will perform an evening of Green's witty, wise and hilarious songs, backed by an awesome band of Broadway musicians, led by Matt Gallagher.

Amanda wrote the lyrics for HIGH FIDELITY on Broadway, and is currently co-writing lyrics for BRING IT ON, collaborating with Tom Kitt and Lin Manual Miranda, and the score for HANDS ON A HARDBODY, collaborating with Doug Wright and T Bone Burnett. She is also writing songs with Trey Anastasio for his bands PHISH and TAB. The concert will feature songs from Amanda's exciting new projects, as well as one or two old favorites.
