Short Attention Span Horror Festival Runs Oct. 11-28

The Shortened Attention Span Horror Festival will begin on October 11 and continue through October 28 at The Players Loft, 115 Mac Dougal Street in Greenwich Village.  The festival will present 18 plays running under 30 minutes each over 3 weekends.  Each week the audience will select a favorite with the three winning short horror plays to be presented in the 199 seat Players Theatre on Halloween, October 31.

In June The Players Theatre produced the first Shortened Attention Span Festival, presenting 20 plays under 20 minutes by 18 different authors.   Producers Carlo Rivieccio and Christy Benanti presented 4 different programs during the 4 week Festival.

The performance schedule for the October 11 - 28 Shortened Attention Span Horror Festival is Thursdays through Saturday at 8 PM with matinees Sundays at 3 PM.  $17 tickets are available through www.theatermania.com.  The performance schedule is:

Week 1: Oct. 11 - 14
Performances: Thursday – Saturday at 8 PM, Sunday at 3 PM
