Shayna Michaels in THE REIGNING OF PRINCESS POP at Broadway Bound Theatre Festival

The Broadway Bound Theatre Festival (BBTF) will feature The Reigning Princess Of Pop, a new play with music by Craig Donnelly. The show is set to open on August 13th at The 14th Street Y Theater, with additional performances on August 14th and 19th, before closing on August 20th.

Under the direction of Ashley Kristeen Vega, the BBTF production stars Izzy Raye, Grace Bernardo, Crawford M. Collins, Dawn Lee Kangas and Wanjiru "Shiro" Kihagi.

Shayna Michaels is the biggest pop star in the world. When she exposes her equally famous ex-boyfriend as a sexual miscreant, everything backfires. In the fickle world of social media fame, Shayna faces intense backlash. In the end, she realizes that while her intentions were clear, her message was gray in a world that's black and white.
