Seventeenth Annual Family Party will be held at The American Museum Of Natural History on October 19, 2010 from 5-7:30pm.

Over 2,500 children and parents are expected to participate in an evening of adventure throughout the Museum at the Seventeenth Annual Family Party, on Tuesday, October 19, from 5-7:30 pm. The Family Party, one of the Museum's best-loved annual traditions, is a very special opportunity for children and adults of all ages to experience the wonders and magic of the Museum. Taking full advantage of the magnificent halls, guests are treated to an evening full of fun. They interact with live animals, dig for dinosaur fossils, conduct fascinating experiments, experience simulated space travel, meet with scientists, and much more. Highlights include:

· The ever-popular "Museum Science Center"-showcasing Museum scientists and their ongoing work through engaging, hands-on activities, including close encounters with leeches, spiders, tortoises, and dart poison frogs.
· Performances by the TV family band Laughing Pizza and magician "Magic Al"
· Wacky Wendy's Hat Factory's cogs and wheels churning to build personalized hats
· Digging for fossils
· Cozy's Cuts for Kids

CHAIRMEN The 2010 Family Party Chairmen are Hilary Addington, Diana Roesch DiMenna, Melissa Hawks, Kim and Greg Lippman, Joella Lykouretzos, Allison Mignone, and Laura Aryeh Murawczyk.

SPONSOR This year's Family Party is generously supported by Tiffany & Co.
