Secret Theatre Announced Return of A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS Image

The Secret Theatre is bringing back our hit show from 2016's holiday season! The show was extremely popular last year and this year is shaping up to be one of the best holiday shows on offer this season in New York.

A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS was first shown as an animated television special in 1965 and has been part of the holiday tradition ever since. This family-friendly holiday musical, based on the beloved special, follows Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the whole Peanuts gang as they celebrate the season.

When Charlie Brown complains about the overwhelming materialism he sees during the Christmas season, Lucy suggests that he become director of the school Christmas pageant. Charlie Brown accepts, but this proves to be a frustrating endeavor when his attempt to restore the proper holiday spirit with a forlorn little Christmas tree fails. Will anyone tell us what the real meaning of Christmas is?

Featuring the song Christmas Time is Here, the music of Vince Guaraldi, and never-before-seen dance numbers, A Charlie Brown Christmas is the perfect way to ring in the holidays.

Directed and choreographed by Ashton Foster, music direction by Jenny Shiroma, and produced by Richard Mazda; featuring the talent of: Patrick Dinnsen*; Michelle Owens; Alec Brown; Robyn Michele Frank; Richie Dupkin; Devan Marie Corcoran; Kimberly Wilpon; Joan Jamison; Christopher Michael Milligan; Sam Swenson; Ana Roshelle Diaz.

Plus, the talent of LICAC students as "Woodstock": Amelia Vita-Harris; Brandon D'Elia; Drayden Goss; Jamie Chin; Julia Mechner; Maddie Ward; Maurice Allen; Olivia Culver; Vera Gurpinar
