Scott Foley, Becki Newton Cast in THE GOODWIN GAMES

 According to The Hollywood Reporter, stage veterans Scott Foley and Becki Newton are set to co-star in the Fox comedy pilot, THE GOODWIN GAMES.

Created by Carter Bays, Craig Thomas, and Chris Harris - the team behind HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER - the 30-minute comedy  centers around three children who must reconnect in order to inherit their father's fortune. Foley and Newton are slated to portray two of children.

Foley appeared on Broadway in THE VIOLET HOUR and Off-Broadway in THE CHERRY ORCHARD. His previous television credits include FELICITY and most recently, Foley can be seen on GREY'S ANATOMY and TRUE BLOOD.

Newton recently starred in the City Center Encores! production of GIRL CRAZY. However, she is best known for her role as conniving Amanda Tanen on ABC's UGLY BETTY with HOW TO SUCCEED star Michael Urie.
