Actor Liev Schreiber came to aid of an ailing audience member during last night's performance of 'A View From The Bridge', reports TMZ.
Schreiber was behind the scenes when a woman in the audience began screaming for help during the performance. TMZ reports that according to a witness, the woman's husband had slumped over in his seat. The witness said, "Liev Schreiber sprung to action" running towards the ailing man. A doctor in the audience also rushed to the scene and paramedics were summoned to help. While there is no word on the man's condition, he was alert and responsive as the paramedics arrived.

In A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE, Miller's most passionate drama, Schreiber plays Eddie Carbone, a Brooklyn longshoreman obsessed with his 17-year-old niece Catherine, played by Scarlett Johansson. When Catherine falls in love with a newly arrived immigrant, Eddie's jealousy erupts in a rage that consumes him, his family, and his world.
