Sarah Brightman's much-anticipated new album, "Symphony," will be released in early 2008.  Recorded in Germany, the US and the UK, "Symphony" features all-new songs, and was created by Brightman with long-time producer, Frank Peterson.

The album features 13 tracks that explore a bold range of styles. From the Gothic tempestuousness of "Fleurs du Mal," to the pleading "Let It Rain," "Symphony" is a collection of material that cannot be easily categorized, yet remains accessible to lovers of various musical genres.

In addition to reuniting her with Andrea Bocelli on the romantic "Canto Della Terra," this characteristically eclectic album features collaborations with Spanish countertenor Fernando Lima ("Pasión"), Italian tenor Alessandro Safina ("Sarai Qui"), and rock superstar Paul Stanley of KISS ("I Will Be with You").

Another album highlight is "Running," the IAAF's Green Project Charity song, which Sarah performed earlier this year at their Championship opening ceremonies in Osaka, Japan.

"Symphony" will be released in the United States on January 29, 2008. The release dates for other territories will be announced at www.sarah-brightman.com soon.

For a sneak peek of Sarah Brightman's new album, "Symphony," be sure to watch the "Progressive Fashion on Ice" show on NBC Sunday, January 20 from 4 to 6pm Eastern time.

Sarah performs several songs from "Symphony" while world-class skaters (attired in cutting-edge outfits by top designers) skate to her music.

This show will also be rebroadcast twice on the Style Network on Sunday, February 3 from 10am to noon, and on Friday, February 8 from 5 to 7pm.
