Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH announced the grand opening of its latest store in Santa Barbara, California. Making its debut in the city at 1001 State Street (in the former Saks Fifth Avenue location), Saks OFF 5TH will cater to the downtown market with a carefully edited assortment of luxury designer fashion, footwear, and accessories for men and women all at up to 70% off.
