STAGE TUBE: ZOOKEEPER Cast Films Paso Doble Scene

DanceOn, the YouTube partnership channel exclusive to dance videos, released their behind the scenes look at this summer's comedic film Zookeeper. 3-time Emmy Award winning choreographer Marguerite Derricks (Broadway's Wonderland) and her associate Jennifer Hamilton talk about the process of filming the paso doble dance scene. Plus what went into creating the moves for Kevin James, Rosario Dawson, Leslie Bibb, and Joe Rogan. Zookeeper is currently playing in theaters nation-wide.

Marguerite Derricks has had an illustrious career as a choreographer in the entertainment industry. Recently she choreographed the Ivan Reitman film, No Strings Attached starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher. She won the 2009 Astaire Award for the film, Fame. Other films include Little Miss Sunshine, the Austin Powers trilogy, and Mr. and Mrs. Smith. She won Emmy Awards for three consecutive years for The Goodwill Games, 3rd Rock from the Sun, and Fame LA. Other television credits include the opening number for Hugh Jackman on the 81st Academy Awards, the 58th Emmy Awards, VH1 Divas Live, and True Blood. Her theatre credits include Class Act (Broadway), Sister Act (Pasadena Playhouse), and Cirque du Soleil's Zumanity now in its 10th sold- out year in Las Vegas.

Jennifer Hamilton has about 30 films under her belt. She has worked with the likes of Mike Myers, on all three Austin Powers films and The Cat in the Hat. Other films that she has worked on include The Love Guru, FAME, Spider Man 3, Rush Hour 3, Step Brothers, Starsky and Hutch, Meet the Fockers, and many more. Some of Jennifer's television credits include Your Mama Don't Dance, That 70's Show, and 3rd Rock From the Sun. She has also worked on many television specials such as the MTV Movie Awards, and the VH1 Vogue Fashion Awards.

Beloved zookeeper Griffin Keyes (Kevin James) decides to quit his job to dive into the dating pool, and finds that his animal friends have been harboring an incredible secret. Griffin is a single guy who loves his job at the Franklin Park Zoo. He has a special bond with the animals, yet he can't help but feel lonely each night when he returns to an empty house. Eventually deciding that a more prestigious job may be the key to finding a new girlfriend, Griffin prepares to turn in his walking papers and reinvent himself. But when word gets out to the animals that Griffin will soon be leaving, they realize the only way to keep him around is to reveal they have the gift of the gab. Perhaps with a little dating advice from his friends in the animal kingdom, this lonely zookeeper will manage to meet the girl of his dreams without losing the job he loves.
