STAGE TUBE: X FACTOR Contestant Leroy Bell Caught Lip Syncing

According to Entertainment Weekly, the producers of Fox Network's THE X FACTOR are coming under scrutiny after one of the show's contestants was caught obviously lip syncing the opening number on last week's live show.  

In the number, the remaining contestants sang "Without You" by David  Guetta and Usher. Contestant Leroy Bell can be seen noticeably singing out of sync with the recorded sound track. Unfortunately for Bell, the error live on camera.  

In a statement released to Entertainment Weekly, the show's producers said "All competitiive songs, including survival songs, are performed live to a backing track.  Due to the finalists extensive preparation for their Wednesday night performances, the opening ensemble number on the results show is prerecorded, the same way as on other shows."
