On Friday, October 30, "Ghost Light," a show conceived, produced and co-hosted by Steve Schonberg (theater expert, NBC "Today in New York," "Center On The Aisle") lived up to the expectation of "spectacularly spooky!," as claimed by The Huffington Post. Actually, it was to die for.
Joined on stage by Laura Heywood (twitter phenomenon, @BroadwayGirlNYC), the duo entertained the audience who had come for the late night performance to kick off Halloween, ending on the holiday - shortly before 1:00 a.m.Heywood, dressed as fellow social media superstar "Iain Loves Theater," and Schonberg as "The Color Purple" in a violet Crayola costume (before a quick costume change), the two shared ghost stories from backstage on Broadway, and introduced a line-up of stars who sang and shared their own spooky stories from the theater.
Below, check out highlights of the show, from Daisy Eagan, Christina Sajous, Stacy Sullivan and more!
