STAGE TUBE: Sneak Peek - Season Premiere of Showtime's HOUSE OF LIES Airing 1/8

The first episode of Showtime's new series HOUSE OF LIES starring Academy Award® Nominee Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell will premiere this Sunday, January 8 at 10 PM ET/PT. In the episode, Marty and The Pod consult with a greedy New York bank.

The show follows the life of charming, fast talking Marty Kaan and his crack team of MBA-toting management consultants who are playing America's 1 percent for everything they've got.

They put the con in consulting as they charm smug, unsuspecting corporate fat cats into closing huge deals, and spending a fortune for their services. Twisting the facts, spinning the numbers, and spouting just enough business school jargon to dazzle the clients, there's no end to what this crew won't do to and for each other, while laughing all the way to the bank. 

Brilliant, charismatic and unorthodox, Marty Kaan is the consummate management consultant. Armed with sharp suits, laptops full of mind-numbing spreadsheets and PowerPoint slides and a remarkable skill for persuasion, he and his team crisscross the country doling out hugely expensive advice to corporate CEOs who may or may not need it. What makes Marty so good at his job is he never takes his sharp eye off the bottom line - his own. Complicating matters for Marty are a cross-dressing son, a cantankerous father, and a crazy, pill-popping ex-wife who also happens to work for the competition.
