Last week, TODAY's Matt Lauer visited some of the world's most impressive and diverse places for this year's Where In the World series, including stops in Namibia and Barbados.
He journeyed over 30,000 miles spanning four continents. He modes of transportation included plane, horse, inflatable raft, ATV, skiis, helicopter, train and rickshaw. In addition, Lauer tried exotic foods like stinky fruit and grub and topped it all off with a monkey cocktail on a beach in Barbados.
