Today, country singer and stage and screen star Reba McEntire performed her version of Beyonce's song 'If I Were a Boy' on Country Music Television's 'Unplugged.'  Beyonce's songs have been covered by many artists, including Justin Timberlake and recently, Liza Minnelli.  Country group Sugarland performed her 'Irreplaceable' at the 2007 Music Awards. 

Reba McEntire is a highly sucessful country music artist who has released forty-five albums, twenty-eight of which have gone Gold, Platinum, or Multi-Platinum.  In addition, she has starred in her own sitcom, 'Reba,' which aired from 2001 to 2007 and for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe® Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series--Comedy or Musical.  In addition, she has performed in musical theater, replacing Bernadette Peters as Annie Oakley in the revival of Irving Berlin's ANNIE GET YOUR GUN in 2001.  She received wide acclaim for this role, winning both a special Drama Desk Award and a Theatre World Award.  McEntire also appeared as Nellie Forbush in the 2006 Carnegie Hall Concert of SOUTH PACIFIC, which was broadcast on PBS.
