The National Theatre presents the third season of National Theatre Live (NT Live), a successful initiative to broadcast live performances from the National's stages to cinemas worldwide. In addition to the previously scheduled broadcasts of The Comedy of Errors (March 1), the season will include Travelling Light (February 9) and She Stoops to Conquer (March 29). NCM Fathom has partnered with The National Theatre to bring the broadcasts to over 300 cities across North America.

TRAVELLING LIGHT, a new play by Nicholas Wright, is a funny and fascinating tribute to the Eastern European immigrants who became major players in Hollywood's golden age. The award-winning actor Antony Sher returns to the National's stage, directed by Nicholas Hytner.

Shakespeare's furiously paced THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, directed by Dominic Cooke (artistic director of London's Royal Court Theatre), is staged in a contemporary world starring the hugely popular and ‘wonderfully funny' (The Independent) comedian and actor Lenny Henry making his NT debut.
