International stage and screen superstar Natalie Portman guest judge on tonight's episode of Bravo's Top Chef. While the details of tonights challenge have not been revealed, it may be a safe bet that tonights contestants will have a vegan-inspired challenge on their hands, as Portman has been an outspoken vegan for some time. The episode will air on Bravo at 10pm EST. Portman, who has been a vegetarian since childhood has had an on and off relationship with veganism, which is currently 'on.'
Portman has starred on Broadway in The Diary of Anne Frank, and in the Shakespeare in the Park production of The Seagull alongside Meryl Streep, Kevin Klein, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. She came onto the international scene at just 13 after her critically hailed performance in the 1994 independent film Léon (known in the United States as The Professional). She achieved wider fame after playing Padmé Amidala in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. In 2005, Portman received a Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting Actress in the drama Closer.
