Two of the greatest voices in the world, the nation's leading musical theatre star, Michael Ball and the nation's favorite tenor, Alfie Boe, have just announced that they are joining forces for the first time, to record a brand new album as well as take to the stage for a unique UK Headline Tour- Together.
Michael Ball, the celebrated musical theatre star, is a two-time Olivier Award-winner whose illustrious career in the West End and on Broadway has spanned more than three decades. Ball won the Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical in 2008 for Hairspray and in 2013 for Sweeney Todd, and previously co-hosted the awards in 2011 and 2012.
Boe made his Broadway debut as Rodolfo in Baz Luhrmann's acclaimed production La Boheme, for which he and his co-stars received a special Tony Award in 2003 for their performances. Boe is beloved by millions of LES MISERABLES fans for his October 2010 role as Jean Valjean in the legendary 25th Anniversary Concert at London's O2 Arena. He is currently back on Broadway in Finding Neverland.
