As BroadwayWorld previously reported, legendary music producer Phil Ramone passed away on March 30, 2013. He was 72. Ramone was hospitalized in New York City earlier this month after suffering an aortic aneurysm. Throughout his notable career, Ramone worked with talents such as Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand and more.
In the video, documentary film-maker Gary Gardner brings together never before seen footage of Broadway favorite Melissa Errico with the music legend. Errico told BroadwayWorld: "It is of course a great honor to have worked with him, and his death a few days ago rocked us all. He touched the world of the best of rock-n-roll, jazz, standards, pop and Broadway. A legend."
