In today's #Ham4Ham, Lin-Manuel Miranda's dream came true. Below, watch as the HAMILTON creator and avid LES MISERABLES fan makes two off-stage cameo appearances at the barricades in LES MISERABLES on Broadway, singing the part of "Loud Hailer," aka, the guy who sings, "You at the barricade listen to this..."

"If you were at this past Sunday evening's performance of Les Miserables at the Imperial Theater, you actually heard a Puerto Rican kid's dream come true in real time," writes Miranda. "For reasons surpassing understanding, the good folks at Les Miserables Broadway allowed me to cameo as the offstage voice of the 'Loud Hailer' for the Sunday night performance. THE SCARIEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE. Forever grateful to our revolutionary neighbors next door, cast and crew alike."

Last year, Lin-Manuel Miranda, the genius behind the new musical Hamilton, started what has become one of the theatre community's most beloved weekly traditions on Broadway. He invited fellow cast members to join him as he greeted fans outside the Richard Rodgers Theatre before the drawing of the $10 lottery tickets, and they would sing something fun or participate in a Q&A with an unexpected twist. Before long, it grew into a regularly-scheduled pre-lottery performance known as "#Ham4Ham," playing on the fact that Hamilton's face is on the $10 bill.

BroadwayWorld previously reported that the outdoor performance is on a hiatus until March as managers at theRichard Rodgers work out safety measures to accommodate the sizable crowds in attendance, butLin-Manuel Miranda has promised that he will be posting performances online in the meantime.
