STAGE TUBE: Lea Michele Accepts People's Choice Award!

Last night at the People's Choice Awards Broadway veteran Lea Michele took home the prize for 'Favorite TV Comedy Actress' for playing Rachel in FOX's GLEE. Check out her acceptance speech by clicking below!

Best known to theatre audiences for her role as "Wendla" in the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of "Spring Awakening," Michele was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical for her performance.

For her work on GLEE, Michele was honored this year with a Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Actress - Comedy or Musical and an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Michele was also recently nominated for a 2010 Teen Choice Award for ChoIce TV Actress: Comedy. In 2009, she was nominated in the ChoIce TV: Breakout Star Female category.
