Award-winning composer Jeff Thomson made his debut at 54 Below with "Go Where The Love Is" last week, January 20. The evening will highlight material from the upcoming musicals Pump Up the Volume, Trails, and Jawbreaker, as well as several yet-to-be-revealed projects. Check out highlights from the concert below!
Performing were Constantine Maroulis (Rock of Ages), Emma Hunton (Next to Normal), Alex Brightman (Big Fish), Ellyn Marsh (Kinky Boots), Jason Gotay (Spider-Man), Preston Sadleir (Next to Normal), and Andrea Ross, whose debut album Moon River was recorded when she was 16 and produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The concert also featured performances by Andi Alhadeff,Jenny Ashman, Dawn Cantwell, Frankie James Grande, Molly Green, John Arthur Greene, F. Michael Haynie, Kat Hennessey, Kelly King, Kelvin Mon Loh, Zal Owen, Molly Ranson, Marissa Rosen, and Natalie Weiss.
Music director Joshua Stephen Kartes led a band including Charlie Rosen on guitar, Joseph Wallis on bass, and Damien Bassman on percussion. The evening is produced by AshleyKate Adams with AKA Studio Productions and directed by Jen Bender.Videos
