E! News Host Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic returned to NBC's TODAY show this morning to talk about her progress since undergoing a double mastectomy for breast cancer just two weeks ago.  Shared Rancic, "I feel great considering it has only been about two and a half weeks, but I still have a ways to go."

Speaking to Today's Matt Lauer, the 36-year-old newswoman admitted that recovering from surgery has had its challenges including suffering the harsh effects of morphine. "I knew this was going to be a tough surgery," she admitted. "Up until a week and a half ago, it was hell."

The couple believe that by sharing their story on national TV they may be able to help others going through a similar circumstance. "If you can save one life through this proess, you're turning this negative into an incredible positive." said Bill.
