Twenty-one-year-old pastry prodigy Vinny Buzzetta creates a masterpiece for the 1,000th performance of the hit Broadway musical Billy Elliot in episode three of WE tv's ‘Staten Island Cakes' airing Tuesday, July 5 at 9PM ET/PT. Check out a preview of the episode below!

WE tv's newest reality show captures the spirit of a young man balancing the stress of running a new business, while maintaining his personal relationships -including his loving, yet overly-opinionated family - all while making quite a buzz for himself in the pastry industry. Hope you are able to run the attached photo and item pegged to the episode three premiere (July 5).

Twenty-one-year-old Vinny runs The Cake Artist of Staten Island, NY. Even as a young kid living in Brooklyn, Vinny always had a passion for baking. While his friends were outside playing ball, he was experimenting in his mom's kitchen. So it wasn't much of a surprise when Vinny, against his parents' wishes, opted against a traditional college to instead attend the French Culinary Institute of New York City. He became the youngest person to ever complete the school's program and graduated first in his class. With help and financial support from his eccentric grandfather "Crazy Joe", Vinny opened the doors in 2008 to one of the area's hottest up-and-coming bakeries where he focuses on innovative uses of flavor and texture. Although Vinny may be the boss of his pastry domain, he's still mama's little boy, living under his parents' roof with his sister and kid brother. He may love them dearly, but they never cease to drive him crazy. Competitive and a perfectionist, Vinny finds it difficult to relinquish control over his cakes. Yet running a business isn't easy and he relies on his family for help, along with his trusTed Bakery assistants.
