According to Deadline.com, the series premiere of USA's COMMON LAW, originally slated for January 26th has been delayed by the network to some time in the Summer of 2012. The network explained that press and marketing research results were the cause of the postponement. Other than it's show's 'White Collar' and 'Fairly Legal', the network prefers to premiere its new original programming during the summer months.
The action comedy stars actors Michael Ealy and Warren Kole, who play detective partners who cannot get along. They are forced to undergo couples counseling in order to learn to cooperate with one another.
According to the report, the network has no plans to replace the show with another new series in the Thursday 10 pm time slot.
