Just in time for the 2012 election, David Mamet's "November" comes to the Center Theatre Group/Mark Taper Forum. The show is currently running through November 4, 2012. BroadwayWorld has a first look at opening night highlights below.

Featuring Ed Begley, Jr., Gregory Cruz, Felicity Huffman, Rod McLachlan and Todd
Weeks under the direction of Scott Zigler, "November" takes place a few days before a
presidential election and incumbent Charles Smith (played by Begley) is in for a rough month - his campaign funds are running out, his poll numbers are "lower than Gandhi's cholesterol" and the sofa needs to be reupholstered. But although his speechwriter (Huffman) seems to have defected, his chief of staff (McLachlan) has all but given up and his wife is planning for her post-White House life, Charles isn't ready to throw in the towel quite yet.

"November" features set design by Takeshi Kata, costume design by Laura Bauer,
lighting design by Josh Epstein and casting by Erika Sellin. The production stage manager is
Barclay Stiff.

Tickets and information are available at CenterTheatreGroup.org, the CTG box office located at the Ahmanson Theatre, or by calling (213) 628-2772.
