Emmy-winning composer Jim Dooley and lyricist Mike Himelstein have written the score (Dooley) and the songs (Dooley & Himelstein) for the first video game musical: Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. Epic Mickey 2 is the first video game to use songs to drive the story forward, and one of the lead characters (the mad doctor) only communicated via song.

Jim Dooley (Composer & Songwriter) is an Emmy-winning composer/songwriter well known in film, television and video game circles. Dooley recently completed Disney's highly-anticipated video game “Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two,” available November 18, 2012. He has also again teamed up with “Pushing Daisies” creator Bryan Fuller for NBC’s “Hannibal” and “Mockingbird Lane,” a reboot of the classic sitcom “Munsters.” Other credits include: “Wilfred,” “Best Friends Forever,” “Obsessed,” “Pushing Daisies,” “When a Stranger Calls,” “Neighbors from Hell,” and “The Forger,” an independent film starring Hayden Panettiere, Lauren Bacall and Josh Hutcherson. Dooley has also scored the hugely popular video games “Epic Mickey” for Disney, “Infamous 2” and “SOCOM 3” for Sony.
MIKE HIMELSTEIN (Lyricist) Emmy-nominated songwriter Mike Himelstein’s television and film credits include “Shrek,” “The Sopranos,” “The Tonight Show” and several children’s television shows such as “The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.” Himelstein’s pop, blues, R&B and children’s songs have been recorded by artists including the Brian Setzer Orchestra, The Temptations, Al Jarreau and Vanessa Williams. Himelstein has also written and produced several children’s albums including “Clifford The Big Red Dog,” “Shrek 2 Dance Party,” “Shark Tale Club Oscar” and “The Madagascar Penguin’s Christmas Caper.”
