STAGE TUBE: Debra Messing and Max Jenkins Channel Their Inner Sondheim on Set of MYSTERIES OF LAURA

You can take the Broadway stars out of Broadway but they always find a way to come back. MYSTERIES OF LAURA stars Debra Messing and Max Jenkins took to Instagram and Twitter last night to share some behind the scenes shenanigans.

NBC's The Mysteries of Laura has started filming their second season in NYC and Debra Messing and Max Jenkins couldn't go a full day without busting into some Sondheim. In the video posted to Max Jenkins Instagram account, Messing and Jenkins bust into some Sondheim for The Mysteries of Laura cast and crew. Jenkins posted the video with the caption, "Like dubsmash except we do our own vocals and Josh Lucas is fed up with us. @therealdebramessing #sondheim."

Debra Messing then tweeted out the video to her fans with the caption "MAX AND I LOST OUR MINDS @NBCLaura."

The Mysteries of Laura follows Laura Diamond (Debra Messing) as she struggles to juggle her life as a single mother and her job as a detective in NYC. The Mysteries of Laura returns with season two on September 23, 2015 and airs Wednesdays on 8/7c on NBC.
