Daniel Radcliffe stars in the upcoming film, "The Woman in Black," based on Susan Hill's novel of the same name. The Woman in Black film adaptation was overseen by Jane Goldman. Now according to published reports, the January theatrical release date has been pushed to February 3, 2012. Check out the teaser trailer for the film below!
Radcliffe plays Arthur Kipps, a detective in this Victorian mystery with Hinds as landowner Mr. Daily who provides counsel. McTeer will play Hinds' wife.
James Watkins (Eden Lake) directs the film, which began production on September 23, 2010. Hammer Films (of Exclusive Media Group) and Alliance Films produce. Originally announced to be presented in 3D, Deadline now reports that the film will be shot in traditional 2D.
