Rock of Ages star Constantine Maroulis recently sat down for an interview with ABC News to talk about the show, his growth since American Idol, and the recent Times Square bomb scare. Maroulis reported that he is still a big fan of Idol, and even predicted Lee Dewyze as a possible winner for this season.

As reported last week,  Maroulis, will reprise his acclaimed performance as Drew in the First National Tour of the five-time Tony Award® nominated smash-hit musical ROCK OF AGES. The tour will launch in September in Chicago with a limited two-week engagement at the Bank of America Theatre September 21 - October 3, 2010. Tickets for ROCK OF AGES are now on sale as part of the 2010/2011 Broadway In Chicago Season Series or for groups of 15 or more. Individual tickets will go on sale soon.

An original Broadway and off Broadway cast member, Maroulis will have played Drew in ROCK OF AGES for two years when, in September 2010, he embarks on the First National Tour launching in Chicago. Previously, he was the lead vocalist of the hard rock band Pray for the Soul of Betty and the sixth-place finalist on the fourth season of the reality television series American Idol. He received a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical for his role in Rock of Ages.

ROCK OF AGES opened on April 7, 2009 at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre to critical acclaim, following an off Broadway engagement in the fall of 2008. The Broadway production was nominated for Five 2009 Tony Awards®, including Best Musical, and New Line Records released the Original Broadway Cast Recording in July 2009, featuring 28 songs from the show. A New Line Cinema/Warner Bros. film of the musical, directed by Adam Shankman (Hairspray), is scheduled to be released in 2011.
