SPIDER-MAN To Resume Thursday; NYS Assembly Calls for Halt and Hearings

The following Statement from Rick Miramontez, SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark spokesperson was released last night. The show is expected to resume performances Thursday evening. 

"SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the New York State Department of Labor have agreed on the implementation of additional protocols which will be rehearsed today and this evening. As such, tonight's performance of SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark has been cancelled. Performances will resume tomorrow evening (Thursday)."

Ticket holders for the cancelled performance who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded. Customers may contact Ticketmaster to purchase tickets for another performance at the same price with similar locations.

Ticket holders from the Wednesday, December 22 evening performance who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster will be contacted directly and given the ability to book tickets for a future performance at no cost or receive a full refund.

Customers who purchased tickets for either performance through other sales outlets must contact their point of purchase.

Tickets purchased at the Foxwoods box office may be brought back to the box office during the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday; Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. to be exchanged or refunded."


Rory Lancman, the Chair of the New York State Assembly Subcommittee on Workplace Safety has sent the following letter to SPIDER-MAN lead producer, Michael Cohl, which has now been released to the press as well.
