SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE Musical Seeks Investors for West End and Touring Productions

SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE - THE MUSICAL had its world premiere this June at the The Pasadena Playhouse, and could have a future life overseas. The show just launched a Crowd Funder campaign, asking fans to invest in the new show. According to the official page, creators intend to complete development in Spring 2015 and open in London's West End later next year before touring the musical around the world.

They write: "We have been regularly asked to provide a mechanism for "smaller" investors to be able to participate in Sleepless. We decided for several reasons, including compliance with the JOBS Act and other securities regulations, to do so via Crowdfunding. This is an equity arrangement and differs from other vehicles (i.e. Kickstarter) in that we are not requesting "contributions".
