You've never seen a variety show like this! The New Fangled Variety Show starring John Tartaglia.

Featuring one of the funniest ensembles to hit the stage, incredible guest stars, live original music, sketch comedy, video shorts, hilarious puppets and Emmy® and Tony® award nominated actor John Tartaglia - you never know what will happen in this multi-media smash. Take a dash of Dean Martin, a pinch of Carol Burnett, a dabble of Laugh-In, a dose of Saturday Night Live and shake vigorously. It's a musical, sketch comedy and puppetry extravaganza that celebrates John's unpredictable, energetic and infectious personality.

Tartaglia will be joined by the amazing talents of a few of his SHREK THE MUSICAL co-stars including Bobby Daye (The Color Purple, The Lion King, Smokey Joe's Cafe), Aymee Garcia (Avenue Q, Les Misérables), Noah Rivera (Wicked, Hairspray) and Jennifer Simard (The Flintstones: Viva Rock Vegas, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, I Love You, You're Perfect Now Change).

John Tartaglia was nominated for the Tony® Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical in 2004 in the Tony® Award-winning Broadway musical Avenue Q, for which he created and puppeteered the roles of Princeton and Rod. John was the executive producer and Emmy-nominated star of Disney Channel's "Johnny and the Sprites." In addition to currently starring in Shrek The Musical, John appeared on Broadway as Lumiere in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, in NEWSical 2006 Off-Broadway and in City Center Encores! Carnival as well as in concerts at Carnegie Hall and the NY Philharmonic.

The New Fangled Variety Show is directed by Donna Drake (NEWSical, "Johnny and the Sprites").
