ABOUT THE FEATURED PIANISTS
October: JC Hopkins (Brilliant Mistake) Grammy nominated songwriter, pianist and bandleader, has had a history of working with great singers. He worked with Norah Jones, first as the singer of his legendary, JC Hopkins Biggish Band, and then writing material for her multi-million selling album, "Come Away With Me". He also composed the song "Dreams Come True" which she sang as a duet with country great Willie Nelson. In collaboration with Madeleine Peyroux he wrote many of the songs for the much-heralded Biggish Band album "Underneath a Brooklyn Moon." And recently he worked closely with Elvis Costello in a tribute to Mose Allison in which Elvis sang several songs with his band to a sold out and rapturous audience.
